ICS series electronic belt scale working principle:

The weighing bridge is installed on the conveyor frame. When the material passes through, the measuring roller detects the material weight of the belt machine through the lever and is used as the weighing sensor to generate a voltage signal proportional to the belt load.

The speed sensor is directly connected to a large diameter velocity measuring drum and provides a series of pulses, each representing a belt movement unit, with the frequency of the pulses proportional to the belt speed.

The integrator receives the signal from the weight sensor and the speed sensor, calculates an instantaneous flow value and cumulative weight value by the integrator, and displays them respectively.
